    Punch FEature
    1. Most tools can be easily loaded by a single operator.
    2. Easy to store.
    3. All sectionalised tools come pre-cut in nine different pieces.
    4. Most sectionalised punches include two ear pieces (horns).
    5. Punches are induction hardened, to 45-50 HRC but 55-60HRC is available for every punch in the tooling line.
    6. Special Tooling available.

PUNCH SECTION LENGTHS: 100mm LEFT EAR / 100mm RIGHT EAR / 10mm / 15mm / 20mm / 40mm / 50mm / 200mm / 300mm Note: Special lengths are available at additional cost, just select the standard length and ask us to cut to your requirements.
    Die Feature
Single V tooling and double V tooling has only one or two tooling grooves, which is very common in CNC press brake and has high precision. Multi-V lower toolings are mostly square toolings with multiple tooling grooves on four surfaces of different sizes. The advantage is that there are many tooling grooves and it can adapt to the bending of various thick plates.

    DIE SECTION LENGTHS:100mm / 100mm / 10mm / 15mm / 20mm / 40mm / 50mm / 200mm / 300mm Note: Special lengths are available at additional cost, just select the standard length and ask us to cut to your requirements.

    Air bending force
Required press force at 90° air bending, force in ton/mtr.

The charts below give the appropriate tonnage to air bend mild steel.

    Bending force for other metals:
Soft aluminium Tons per unit length x 50%
Aluminium alloys heat treated Tons per unit length x 100%
Stainless Tons per unit length x 150%

  • Description
  • Z-STYLE TOOLS

    1. Z-Shaped Groove for Superior Material Support

    • The Z-shaped groove helps to better support the material during the bending process, providing a more stable bending angle and reducing the risk of distortion or material slippage.

    • Improves bending accuracy, especially when working with thicker or harder materials that are more challenging to bend.

    2. Ideal for Complex and Precision Bending

    • Z-Style Dies are well-suited for complex bending tasks, especially when multiple bends are required in a single piece or when the bending process involves tight angles.

    • Ideal for producing precise, repeatable bends with minimal adjustments, making them suitable for industries such as automotive, aerospace, and electronics.

    3. Suitable for Various Material Types and Thicknesses

    • These dies are designed to work with a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and other metals.

    • They can accommodate a variety of material thicknesses, typically from 0.5mm to 10mm or more, depending on the specific die size and configuration.

    4. Enhanced Durability and Wear Resistance

    • Constructed from high-quality alloy steels and typically heat-treated for enhanced wear resistance.

    • The Z-groove design minimizes material contact points, reducing friction and wear on the die, leading to a longer service life and lower maintenance costs.

    5. Compatible with Automatic Tool Changers and Press Brake Systems

    • Z-Style Dies are compatible with various press brake machines, including WILA, AMADA, TRUMPF, LVD, and other major brands.

    • They can be integrated with automatic tool changers (ATC), making it easy to switch tools quickly for increased productivity and efficiency.

    6. Reduces Material Damage and Improves Surface Quality

    • The Z-shaped design helps reduce material deformation and surface damage during the bending process, ensuring a smooth finish on the finished product.

    • Ideal for use with high-quality surface materials that require minimal post-processing.

    7. Cost-Effective Solution for Complex Bends

    • Although Z-Style Dies may have a higher initial cost compared to standard dies, they are a cost-effective solution for complex bending applications where precision and accuracy are critical.

    • By reducing the need for secondary operations and improving the efficiency of the bending process, Z-Style Dies can help reduce overall production costs.
