  • Replacing Die Sleeves
The anti-marring film offers a flexible and adaptable alternative to rigid, fixed polyurethane die sleeves or blocks. Unlike hard sleeves, the film conforms instantly to various V-die openings and punch radii without the need for dedicated tool inventories. This adaptability is key for fabricators running diverse jobs on the same bottom die. The film provides effective surface protection without the bulk or limited compatibility of permanent non-marring tooling, simplifying tooling management and storage.

    Compatibility with Different V-Die
Our non-marring film is designed for universal application across a range of V-die geometries, including standard, large-opening, and specialized multi-V dies. Available in various widths and roll lengths, it can be easily cut to match the specific dimensions of any press brake tool. This ensures fabricators do not need to stock specialized film types for every single die in their inventory, maximizing the film's utility and minimizing purchasing complexity. It's the flexible protection solution for every job.
