  • Protecting Sensitive Sheet Metal Surfaces
    Use anti-marring film to shield highly sensitive sheet metal surfaces, such as polished stainless steel and pre-painted aluminum, during the press brake bending process. Traditional V-dies cause friction and concentrated pressure, resulting in permanent scratches and indentations. This film acts as a sacrificial barrier, transferring the abrasive contact from the die shoulder to the durable, non-stick surface of the film, ensuring a flawless surface finish and eliminating the need for expensive rework or scrap.

    Guaranteed Scratch-Free Results
    The primary advantage of using a non-marring polyurethane film is achieving 100% scratch-free bends. The film material is specifically engineered to provide a smooth, low-friction interface between the workpiece and the die shoulder. This dramatically reduces the localized extrusion stress and sliding friction that cause cosmetic defects. Fabricators can maintain high production speeds while ensuring that delicate or aesthetically critical parts, such as those for appliances or architectural panels, meet the highest quality standards immediately after forming.
