    In the event an order is cancelled, an additional charge will be assessed to cover the cost of labor and material.
     
     
    Returned Material：
     
    A handling/restocking fee will be applied to all products returned for credit. A return authorization number and shipping instructions must be obtained in advance before an item can be returned.
     
    Claims：
     
    All claims or product shortages must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

  • Faster Bending Speeds
    The inherently low-friction nature of the Rolla-V Die allows for faster ram speed during the actual bending phase without generating excessive heat or surface damage. This optimization of the bending cycle time directly translates into higher parts per hour (PPH) and improved production efficiency across the entire press brake operation.

    Simple Roller Replacement
    While the die body is built for durability, the rollers themselves are designed for relatively easy replacement. This modularity ensures that if a roller sustains damage or wear after extensive use, it can be quickly swapped out, minimizing tooling downtime and ensuring the Rolla-V Die is rapidly returned to service on the press brake.
