    Punch FEature
    1. Most tools can be easily loaded by a single operator.
    2. Easy to store.
    3. All sectionalised tools come pre-cut in nine different pieces.
    4. Most sectionalised punches include two ear pieces (horns).
    5. Punches are induction hardened, to 45-50 HRC but 55-60HRC is available for every punch in the tooling line.
    6. Special Tooling available.

    Die Feature
    Single V tooling and double V tooling has only one or two tooling grooves, which is very common in CNC press brake and has high precision. Multi-V lower toolings are mostly square toolings with multiple tooling grooves on four surfaces of different sizes. The advantage is that there are many tooling grooves and it can adapt to the bending of various thick plates.

    High Precision for Critical Overlapping Joints
    Joggle Tools are meticulously engineered to guarantee perfect offset depth and flange parallelism. The integrated punch and die design locks the material in place during the bend, ensuring the two bends are perfectly matched and equidistant.
