    Punch FEature
    1. Most tools can be easily loaded by a single operator.
    2. Easy to store.
    3. All sectionalised tools come pre-cut in nine different pieces.
    4. Most sectionalised punches include two ear pieces (horns).
    5. Punches are induction hardened, to 45-50 HRC but 55-60HRC is available for every punch in the tooling line.
    6. Special Tooling available.

    Die Feature
    Single V tooling and double V tooling has only one or two tooling grooves, which is very common in CNC press brake and has high precision. Multi-V lower toolings are mostly square toolings with multiple tooling grooves on four surfaces of different sizes. The advantage is that there are many tooling grooves and it can adapt to the bending of various thick plates.

  • Optimizing Tooling Inventory Management
    Many professional Offset Tools are supplied as segmented tooling. This modular approach allows the operator to combine various tool segments (e.g., 50mm, 100mm, 300mm) to precisely match the required offset bend length of the workpiece. This tooling flexibility minimizes waste and maximizes material utilization. It also simplifies the management of the press brake tooling inventory, as smaller, standardized segments are easier to stock and replace than a single long, custom die.

    Z-Style Tooling Longevity
    High-end Joggle Tools feature precision guiding shoulders or keyways designed to ensure the male and female forming sections are always perfectly centered under the press brake ram. This guaranteed tool alignment is critical to prevent asymmetrical loading and stress concentration on the tool's forming edges, thereby significantly extending the tooling lifespan and safeguarding the machine's internal components from undue stress during high-tonnage Z-profile forming.
