    Punch FEature
    1. Most tools can be easily loaded by a single operator.
    2. Easy to store.
    3. All sectionalised tools come pre-cut in nine different pieces.
    4. Most sectionalised punches include two ear pieces (horns).
    5. Punches are induction hardened, to 45-50 HRC but 55-60HRC is available for every punch in the tooling line.
    6. Special Tooling available.

PUNCH SECTION LENGTHS: 100mm LEFT EAR / 100mm RIGHT EAR / 10mm / 15mm / 20mm / 40mm / 50mm / 200mm / 300mm Note: Special lengths are available at additional cost, just select the standard length and ask us to cut to your requirements.
    Die Feature
Single V tooling and double V tooling has only one or two tooling grooves, which is very common in CNC press brake and has high precision. Multi-V lower toolings are mostly square toolings with multiple tooling grooves on four surfaces of different sizes. The advantage is that there are many tooling grooves and it can adapt to the bending of various thick plates.

    DIE SECTION LENGTHS:100mm / 100mm / 10mm / 15mm / 20mm / 40mm / 50mm / 200mm / 300mm Note: Special lengths are available at additional cost, just select the standard length and ask us to cut to your requirements.

    Air bending force
Required press force at 90° air bending, force in ton/mtr.

The charts below give the appropriate tonnage to air bend mild steel.

    Bending force for other metals:
Soft aluminium Tons per unit length x 50%
Aluminium alloys heat treated Tons per unit length x 100%
Stainless Tons per unit length x 150%

  • Description
  • Economic Justification
The true economic value of Joggle Tools is best measured by the drastic reduction in part cycle time. By converting two or more manual steps (bend, flip, reposition, bend) into one automated step, the savings in labor and machine time quickly justify the initial investment. Calculating the ROI based on this enhanced production throughput solidifies the Joggle Die as a strategic, high-value component within the overall press brake tooling inventory.

    Geometric Consistency
The precise geometry of the Joggle Tool is designed to ensure that the material's edge aligns perfectly with the adjacent panel or surface after the offset is formed. This geometric consistency eliminates the need for time-consuming secondary operations like trimming or grinding to achieve a flush fit, saving significant labor costs and maximizing material utilization. This capability highlights the superior part accuracy delivered by this specialized Press Brake Tooling.
