    Punch FEature
    1. Most tools can be easily loaded by a single operator.
    2. Easy to store.
    3. All sectionalised tools come pre-cut in nine different pieces.
    4. Most sectionalised punches include two ear pieces (horns).
    5. Punches are induction hardened, to 45-50 HRC but 55-60HRC is available for every punch in the tooling line.
    6. Special Tooling available.

    Die Feature
    Single V tooling and double V tooling has only one or two tooling grooves, which is very common in CNC press brake and has high precision. Multi-V lower toolings are mostly square toolings with multiple tooling grooves on four surfaces of different sizes. The advantage is that there are many tooling grooves and it can adapt to the bending of various thick plates.

    Due to the unique, non-standard profile of Joggle Dies, specialized storage is recommended to preserve their precision. Dedicated tool racks or labeled cabinets prevent accidental damage to the delicate forming surfaces. Proper handling and storage are crucial for these high-precision tools, ensuring they maintain their geometric tolerances and maximizing their tooling lifespan and readiness for immediate use on the press brake.

    Preventing Material Thinning and Web Deformation
    Professional Z-Style Dies feature a carefully designed central relief area (the zone between the two bending shoulders). This relief is dimensioned to prevent excessive compression and material thinning in the web of the Z-bend. By controlling the material flow during the single-stroke operation, the Joggle Tool ensures that the finished offset maintains the desired material thickness and structural integrity, preventing defects that often occur with makeshift, multi-step bending methods.
