    Punch FEature
    1. Most tools can be easily loaded by a single operator.
    2. Easy to store.
    3. All sectionalised tools come pre-cut in nine different pieces.
    4. Most sectionalised punches include two ear pieces (horns).
    5. Punches are induction hardened, to 45-50 HRC but 55-60HRC is available for every punch in the tooling line.
    6. Special Tooling available.

PUNCH SECTION LENGTHS: 100mm LEFT EAR / 100mm RIGHT EAR / 10mm / 15mm / 20mm / 40mm / 50mm / 200mm / 300mm Note: Special lengths are available at additional cost, just select the standard length and ask us to cut to your requirements.
    Die Feature
Single V tooling and double V tooling has only one or two tooling grooves, which is very common in CNC press brake and has high precision. Multi-V lower toolings are mostly square toolings with multiple tooling grooves on four surfaces of different sizes. The advantage is that there are many tooling grooves and it can adapt to the bending of various thick plates.

    DIE SECTION LENGTHS:100mm / 100mm / 10mm / 15mm / 20mm / 40mm / 50mm / 200mm / 300mm Note: Special lengths are available at additional cost, just select the standard length and ask us to cut to your requirements.

  • Description
  • Primary Selection Criterion for Z-Style Dies
The most critical factor in selecting a Joggle Tool is ensuring the offset depth of the die precisely matches the material thickness (T) of the workpiece. High-quality Offset Tools are engineered with a specific clearance to ensure the resulting Z-bend creates a perfect flush fit when overlapping. Selecting the wrong die size will lead to either an under-formed joint (creating a gap) or over-forming (causing material distortion). Fabricators must cross-reference their required sheet metal fabrication specifications with the tooling specifications to guarantee dimensional accuracy.

Tool Material and Hardness for Longevity
Due to the concentrated forces involved, Joggle Tools should be made from high-quality, induction-hardened tool steel to resist wear and maintain their sharp, critical forming angles. For high-volume production or bending abrasive materials like galvanized steel, choosing a die with superior surface hardness is necessary to maximize the tooling lifespan and reduce the frequency of costly tool regrinding and replacement.
