    Punch FEature
    1. Most tools can be easily loaded by a single operator.
    2. Easy to store.
    3. All sectionalised tools come pre-cut in nine different pieces.
    4. Most sectionalised punches include two ear pieces (horns).
    5. Punches are induction hardened, to 45-50 HRC but 55-60HRC is available for every punch in the tooling line.
    6. Special Tooling available.

    Die Feature
    Single V tooling and double V tooling has only one or two tooling grooves, which is very common in CNC press brake and has high precision. Multi-V lower toolings are mostly square toolings with multiple tooling grooves on four surfaces of different sizes. The advantage is that there are many tooling grooves and it can adapt to the bending of various thick plates.

  • Controlling Tension Release
    Although it is a forming process, the internal angles of the Joggle Die (analogous to a V-die) are specifically designed to guide the material smoothly and control the release of material tension as the offset is created. This optimized angular design minimizes internal stress within the material at the bend points, which is vital for preventing work hardening or micro-fractures, ensuring the finished Z-profile maintains maximum structural integrity.
